Pursuant to the Douglas ETSA resolution 2008-002  set in August 2008 the surcharge for VOIP, wireless and wireline devices is set at 70 cents.  This funding is used to pay for the costs of services related to 9-1-1 dispatch and response for PSAP'S in Douglas County.  Surcharge payments are remitted to Douglas ETSA, P.O. Box 507, Castle Rock, Co 80104
